Refund policy

SAUVRIM pieces are made in limited numbers. We offer one free size exchange for orders delivered in India.

Size exchanges

Request your exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing help@sauvrim.com with your order number and requested size.
One size exchange per order is free, including return pickup and delivery of the replacement size.
For an ordinary size exchange, the piece must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with tags and original packaging intact.
If the requested size is unavailable, we offer store credit valid for 90 days.
International orders, custom pieces and made-to-order pieces are excluded from ordinary size exchanges.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Defective or incorrect pieces

If your piece arrives defective or is not what you ordered, email help@sauvrim.com with your order number and photos where possible. We offer a free replacement, including any necessary pickup and delivery. Please contact us promptly so we can help. Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other remedies required by applicable law; ordinary exchange conditions and final-sale exclusions do not remove those rights.

Where a refund is due, it is paid to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
