Using this store

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information, protect access to your account, and use the store lawfully. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or infringe others’ rights. If you are not legally able to enter a purchase contract, a parent or guardian must make the purchase for you.

Products and availability

Read each product’s description, measurements, materials and care information before ordering. Pieces are produced in limited numbers and availability may change. Screen settings may affect how colours appear; this does not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Prices and payment

The currency, product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges and total payable are shown before you confirm payment. Payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. International import duties and taxes, where applicable, are explained in our shipping policy.

Orders and delivery

Your confirmation email contains your order details. If there is a stock, payment or delivery problem, we will contact you using the details you provided. If we cannot fulfil an order after taking payment, the unfulfilled amount will be refunded. Please contact us promptly about address errors or cancellation requests; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Exchanges and refunds

One free size exchange per order is available in India when requested within 7 days of delivery and the ordinary exchange conditions are met. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. Defective or incorrect pieces qualify for a free replacement, without limiting refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. Read the full Exchange and refund policy.

Privacy and content

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. SAUVRIM’s branding, photographs and original content belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant permission to commercially reproduce them.

Your legal rights and complaints

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law and do not exclude mandatory consumer protections or prevent you from approaching a competent consumer authority or court. Email help@sauvrim.com with your order number and concern. Consumer complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month. Updates

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms and mandatory legal protections applicable to an existing order are not removed by a later update.
